From the Theobroma cacao, or the cacao tree grows the beautiful and delicate flower that gives us the cacao pod. Known by many names, "chocolate", "the food of the gods" or from the classic Nahuatl "chocolatl", is a baking essential and a universally loved flavor. Born from the trunk, the orchid-like flower has become our brand.
